Welcome
Welcome to Natureways Therapy, a not-for-profit organisation running mental health & wellbeing support groups which take place outdoors, around a campfire, in a beautiful private woodland. Led by fully-qualified and experienced therapists, our workshops are a unique blend of psycho-education, therapeutic support, working with our hands, mindfulness and nature connection. Our mission is to inspire and promote emotional wellbeing and to cultivate a sense of belonging to the natural world.
We invite you to view our two videos below
(Re:Leaf - How to Manage Anxiety and Hands on the Land - Conservation & Therapeutic Support) to get a flavour of how we can help you build self-care and peace of mind.
“It was an amazing, powerful, magical, safe, secure and professionally-run experience.”
