There is something magical about being in nature. Most people intuitively know that time spent outside in natural settings has a profoundly positive effect on their mood that is hard to put into words. Now, this feeling is supported by a wide body of scientific research which repeatedly shows the benefits to our health and wellbeing of prolonged time spent in nature. Immersion in a calm woodland setting improves mood, and reduces the levels of stress, anxiety, and anger. It also increases energy levels, strengthens the immune system, and improves cardiovascular and metabolic health.

Nature is not a place you visit. It is home”
